Refund & Return Policy

At WAVGems.com, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our gemstones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:

• Original Packaging: The gemstone must be in its original packaging (bags, jars, or boxes).

• Certifications: Any GIA, IGI, or other laboratory grading certificates included with the original shipment must be returned. Lost certificates will result in a replacement fee deducted from your refund.

• Security Seals: If the gemstone was shipped in a vacuum-sealed or "tamper-evident" pack, it must remain unopened.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-cut gemstones or stones that have been set into jewelry at your request.

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

• Items that show signs of wear, chipping, or alterations.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at [Insert Support Email] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

3. Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspections and Refunds

Once we receive your item, our gemologists will inspect it to ensure it matches the original stone shipped.

• Approval: If the stone is in its original condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• Restocking Fee: (Optional) Please note that returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your gemstone arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
