Shipping & Delivery Policy (USA Only)

At WAVGems.com, we specialize in secure, fully insured transport for our gemstones. To ensure the highest level of service, we currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

1. Handling & Dispatch

• Standard Orders: Loose gemstones are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

• Custom Requests: If you require a stone to be sent for third-party grading (e.g., GIA) prior to shipment, please allow an additional 10–14 business days. (We do not cover the charge to do so) ( we verify everything in house IGS certified) 

• Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail to ensure your gems are handled with care.

• Insured Ground: 3–5 business days – 

• Insured 2-Day: 2 business days – 

• Overnight: Next-day delivery – 

Free Shipping: All orders over [150$] qualify for free fully insured express shipping.

3. Security & Insurance

Because we deal with high-value goods, we have strict security protocols:

• Full Insurance: Your shipment is 100% insured by WAVGems.com until it is delivered to your door.

• Signature Confirmation: For your protection, all orders over $200 require a physical signature from an adult. We cannot request the carrier to "leave at door."

• Discreet Packaging: Our shipping labels and outer boxes are plain. We do not use the words "Gems," "Jewels," or "WAVGems" on the exterior of the package to prevent theft.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• No P.O. Boxes: Due to insurance requirements and signature mandates, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, PMB, or APO/FPO addresses.

• Verified Addresses: To prevent fraud, we generally only ship to the verified billing address associated with your payment method.

5. Inspection & Damaged Shipments

Upon arrival, please inspect your package before signing.

• If the parcel shows clear signs of being tampered with or is heavily damaged, refuse the delivery and notify the driver.

• Contact us within 24 hours of any delivery issues so we can file a claim with our insurance provider.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states, though delivery times to HI and AK may be slightly longer.

Do you ship to US Territories?

Currently, we only ship to the 50 US States. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands at this time.

Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?

For security reasons and to comply with insurance policies, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
